RigBattle is a site and app for rating gaming and desk setups. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain words.
What we collect
- The setup photo you upload.
- The name you choose to show, your email, and optionally your social handle and a list of what's in your setup.
- That you ticked the five consent boxes, and when.
- Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (like the time of a request), used to keep the site running.
How we use it
- Your photo and display name may appear in the RigBattle app, on our social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit) and in ads, as you agreed when you submitted.
- Your email is used only to contact you about your setup, removal requests, or a prize. It is never shown publicly.
- Every photo is reviewed before it's shown anywhere. Photos with people or anything inappropriate are deleted.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your photo, email or any personal information.
- We don't knowingly accept submissions from anyone under 18. If we learn a submission came from someone under 18, we delete it.
Shop links
Some parts shown on RigBattle link to stores. RigBattle may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through affiliate programs. That never changes what you pay.
Where it's stored
Photos and submission details are stored privately with our hosting provider, Vercel, in the United States.
Removing your setup
Use the Remove my setup form on the home page. We remove it from the app and stop using it in new posts within 7 days, and delete the photo and your details from our storage. Posts already published may take longer to take down from social platforms.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
